  3. Set the entry, display date formats and the default year. The entry format determines the format required for a valid date entry. The Display format determines how dates are displayed.

  5. Enter the year that will be used as the default year in all date entries. When the program first starts you should set the default year.

  7. Select the date format, and separator (exp. MMDDYYYY / will produce the result of 12/01 for an entry of 12/1, the year is optional and can be entered YY or YYYYY, leading zero's on entries are not required).
